Ingredients For creamed hamburg & eggs over toast

    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 c
    milk, 2% ( or what you like )
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 dash
    salt
  • 1 dash
    pepper
  • 1 dash
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • water
  • 2
    slices bread toasted for each person

How To Make creamed hamburg & eggs over toast

    FIRST HARD BOIL YOUR EGGS ,WHEN DONE PEEL AND PUT ASIDE . IN FRYING PAN FRY YOUR HAMBURG LOOSELY TILL ALL COOKED. DRAIN GREASE OUT. CUT UP HARD BOILED EGGS ,PUT IN PAN WITH HAMBURG.

    NEXT ADD YOUR SEASONINGS AND MARGARINE . POUR IN YOUR CUP OF MILK . IN A CUP PUT YOUR CORN STARCH AND ADD WATER TO THICKEN UP THE SAUCE . WHEN IT STARTS BOILING , START TO THICKEN TILL IT CREAMY WITH A WHISK .TURN HEAT OFF.( DON'T MAKE IT TO THICK .)
