I have been making this recipe since I was 15 years old. I made it for my parents back then and they loved it now a decade later I make it for my kids and husband and they love it. This recipe has been a staple of breakfeast in my life. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients For sausage egg bake

  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 lb
    mild italian sauage
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    zesty italian crutons

How To Make sausage egg bake

    Brown sausage in a skillet until no longer pink. drain; set aside.

    Beat all 6 eggs and add a little milk if you wish. Then pour the beaten eggs into a 9X13 baking dish. Add the sausage to the eggs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    pour the cheese over it. If you like a lot of cheese use whole bag if you don't you can use half the bag. Top with some zesty crutons. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. until cheese is melted and eggs are done.
