I Love this recipe it is very hardy. My Daughter-In-Law's Mom made this for us for a Christmas Brunch .

How To Make easy casserole for the crockpot

1Take a Large Crockpot and turn it on to low or warm depending on the style of the pot. Then Scrambe the egg's add the salt and pepper then set aside, Brown up the potatoes to crispy and the bacon also set aside.Put all in the crockpot * make sure you spray with Pam );And then add the cheese and mix together well let warm up for about 10-15 mins.more and serve with buttered biscuits or toast...
