  • 1 pkg
    (15.6 oz) cranberry or blueberry quick bread mix
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    raisins or dates
  • 1/4 c
    maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 c
    crushed pineapple, drained

    Prepare the quick bread according to package directions. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
