I'm not sure where I got this recipe. It is quick and yummy. Great for tea parties and potlucks.

Ingredients For lemon poppy seed bread

  • 1 box
    lemon cake mix
  • 1 box
    instant lemon pudding mix small
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    poppy seeds
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour

How To Make lemon poppy seed bread

    preheat oven to 350. Grease two loaf pans.

    In a large bowl, mix everything together until well blended.

    Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake 40-45 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
