How To Make easy cinnamon rolls!

  • 1
In your bread machine pan, place the first 9 ingredients in order they are listed.
  • 2
Set machine to Dough cycle and press start. (How long it takes for the Dough will depend on your machine.)
  • 3
when Dough cycle has finished, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and let it rest while you prepare the filling (in next step.)
  • 4
in a bowl stir together the brown sugar, white sugar,Cinnamon and raisins. Mix with your hands if you have to. Breaking up any clumps of sugar. Set it aside while you roll out your Dough.
  • 5
Roll out dough to a 17x10 inch rectangle. It will have elasticity . It will take a little time to roll it out. ( I just try to make it as rectangle as possible.) Spread softened margarine over rolled out dough. Sprinkle the sugar mix over the dough as even as you can..
  • 6
Roll up the dough, (I roll from the wide end but you can roll from the short end if you like.) It rolls into a long log. I tuck in the ends as I roll. (pinching it a little to keep the goodies in.)
  • 7
Take a long piece of dental floss and use it to cut your rolls. Place it under the roll at one end, in about one inch, cross the ends and pull. It will cut the rolls off the log. ( or use a sharp knife)About 16 rolls. Depends on how wide you cut.
  • 8
Spray a 9x13 pan( I use glass ) with a cooking spray. Lightly. Place the rolls cut side up in the pan. Give them a little room to grow. I always ended up using 2 pans.. one more smaller one for extra rolls.
  • 9
Let the rolls rise in a warm place for about 45 min. Let them get to almost double there size. ( I waited like 20 min. and mine still came out fine.)
  • 10
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • 11
let them sit for about 5 minutes. (I turned mine out on to a large plate.) Cookie sheet lined with wax paper or parchment would work. turning them out of pan on too a cookie sheet, lets the gooey sugar run to the top of buns. Cool off enough so the frosting will not melt and run off.

While rolls are baking, mix together soft cream cheese, soft butter, vanilla and milk. Add confectioners sugar and blend until smooth. You can add a few drops of milk at a time to get your desired consistency for frosting. I used a pastry bag but you can just spread it on.. Warm not hot rolls.
