Ingredients For cranberry chai bread

  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    wheat flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 oz
    fat-free cream cheese
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    mashed sweet potato
  • 2 Tbsp
    spice chai tea latte mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    2% milk
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries

How To Make cranberry chai bread

    In a small bowl, combine flours and baking powder. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the egg, sugar, potato, chai mix and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just moistened. Fold in cranberries

    Transfer to a 5-3/4 in. x 3-in. x 2-in loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick is clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
