spinach pancakes [hungarian]

i know this sounds weird,but,its good,and im not a spinach lover while it stands alone,i do like it in mixed foods,this is good as a side dish,replaces a vegetable and a bread at the same time,top with sour cream.

Ingredients For spinach pancakes [hungarian]

  • 1 can
    chicken broth,around 10 and 3/4 ounces
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 10 oz
    frozen chopped spinach

How To Make spinach pancakes [hungarian]

  • 1
    mix all ingrediants except the spinach,when this has been mixed,add the spinach and stir into the batter.use a greased skillet,and make pancakes of this.when done,top with sour cream.
