This savory appetizer is best served warm but can be served at room temp too. They usually dont last long when I put them out. It's so easy to make and so tasty. It's like a ham and cheese sandwich without all the fuss.

Ingredients For ham and rice appetizer squares

  • preheat oven to 350 * f
  • 1 c
    diced ham
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesean
  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 c
    cooked rice
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make ham and rice appetizer squares

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then pour into a greased 9 X 13 " pan.

    Bake at 350* for 25 - 30 minutes. Let rest for about 10 minutes then cut into squares
