This is my new go-to if I want any type of garlic bread. It's so easy to prepare and has great flavor too. I got this recipe from www.yourhomebasedmom.com.

frozen white dinner rolls (i use rhodes brand)
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp
    dry parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder

How To Make garlic cheese pull apart bread

  • 1
Wrap rolls loosely in plastic wrap and allow to sit at room temperature for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cut rolls in half with scissors or a sharp knife. Place rolls in a bowl.
  • 2
Combine melted butter and seasonings. Pour over rolls and gently mix. Add 1/2 C parmesan cheese and combine. Make sure each roll is coated with the butter mixture.
  • 3
Line the bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan with the rolls. Top with the remaining parmesan cheese. Allow for the rolls to rise in a warm place for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. (I stick the rolls in a non-heated oven for two hours).
  • 4
When you are ready to bake the rolls, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover the bottom of the pan with foil to prevent butter from leaking out and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until center is completely done.
