This recipe is my Mother in-laws I made some last week and took it to few people @ church and they loved it

Ingredients For * zucchini bread *

3 eggs

2 cups sugar
-
2 cups grated zucchini
-
3 tsp of vanilla

2 1/2 cups flour
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda
-
3 tsp cinnamon
-
1 cup nuts ( optional )

1 cup oil ( crisco )
How To Make * zucchini bread *

1in a large bowl- beat eggs, and add oil,sugar,zucchini,& vanilla mix lightly but well
-
2add dry ingredients to mixture

3and nuts
-
4pour into greased and floured loaf pans or mini pans and bake @ 350 for a hour or toothpick comes out clean
