How To Make stuffing mix

1Basic Stuffing: Tear or grate bread.( if using crusts, cut into fine shreds.) Mix together crumbs and soft butter, onion, salt and pepper. Add desired seasonings. Toss together lightly

2Pork Sausage Stuffing; Brown sausage over medium heat, breaking apart with fork. (Sausage drippings can be used in basic stuffing mixture). Add sausage to basic stuffing mixture and mix well.

3Sage Stuffing: Add to basic stuffing mixture; mix well.

4Savory Stuffing: Add seasonings to basic stuffing mixture; mix well.

5Note: A one pound loaf of bread makes about 10 cups of bread crumbs.
