My mom had a record number of recipes calling for Spam, lol. This is just one of them. It's like a french toast kind of sandwich and is yummy!

Ingredients For mom's toasty spam sandwiches

    12 oz can spam meat
  • 5
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 8 slice
    thick bread

How To Make mom's toasty spam sandwiches

    Cut meat into 8 slices. Spray a skillet w/ cooking spray and cook Spam slices over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet.

    In lg shallow bowl, beat eggs and milk. Dip bread slices into egg mix and fry in skillet until browned on both sides. Wrap 1 piece of Spam w/ 1 slice of fried bread.

    I serve w. maple sauce for dipping, yum!!
