Ingredients For corn bread

1 call purpose flour
-
1 cyellow cornmeal ( i use 1 & 1/2 cups)

3/4 cbrown sugar
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
3/4 tspsalt
-
2eggs
-
1 cmilk
-
1/4 cvegetable oil
How To Make corn bread

1Combine dry ingredients, stir w/ a spoon. Make a well in center.

2Stir in liquid ingredients, just til moistened.

3Spray round or square baking dish. You can make in muffin tins, bake 20- 30 min.

4Bake 400* Avoid opening oven door if possible.
