these taste just like a beignet. when you make em just dont make em to thick or they will be doughy on the inside but good with powdered sugar on em.

1 Tbspmargarine(melted)

1 call purpose flour

3 Tbspwhite sugar

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspcinnamon, ground

pinchnutmeg

1 qtoil (for frying)

1 cconfectioners sugar (for dusting)
How To Make banana fritters

11.In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Mix in milk, eggs and margarine until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture. 2.Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy bottomed pan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot oil, and cook, turning once, until browned, 2 to 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels and dust with confectioners' sugar.
