2 cunbleached white flour

1 cwheat germ

1 Tbspbaking powder

1egg

3/4 cmilk

1/4 ccanola oil

1/4 cmolasses

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

cooking spray
How To Make wheat germ molasses muffins

1Combine flour, wheat germ, and baking powder - sit aside.

2Mix egg, oil, molasses, and sugar- beat well with hand-mixer. Add flour mixture and mix at low-speed with hand-mixer only until flour is damp.

3Lightly coat muffin tin cups with cooking spray. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

4Bake in preheated 375 oven for 25 minutes.
