How To Make cake mix muffins

  Mix cake mix and pumpkin. You may add raisins and or nuts if you like. Line muffin/cupcake pan with paper liners. Fill 2/3's full with muffin mixture.

  Follow baking directins on cake mix box. Baking time may vary depending on your oven. For example my oven tends to be hotter than usual so I usually cut my baking time by 3-5 minutes

  After muffins have cooled you could drizzle with your favorite frosting and sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Very easy and very good! Enjoy! I'd like to add that when I use different flavors of cake mix I will use unsweetened applesauce as my moistening agent. I just add enough to get the right consistency for a muffin.
