This recipe is from the Zojirushi bread machine booklet that came with my breadmaker years ago. I have had requests for the recipe, so, here it is! I like it with my White Pizza recipe, here: http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/other-main-course/the-burgerdudes-white-pizza.html

Ingredients For pizza dough with beer

  • 1 1/2 c
    flat beer (that's one can)
  • 3 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    active dry yeast
  • vegetable oil (i use extra virgin olive oil)

How To Make pizza dough with beer

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in the bread machine (except oil) in that order. Run machine on dough setting. A little oil can be used to cover the dough before baking.
