How To Make orange apricot scones

1Preheat the oven to 350 Line 2 large baking pans with parchment paper.

2In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients Put all of the wet ingredients including diced apricots into a blender. Process one minute until smooth.

3Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Drop 1/4 cup of mixture onto the baking sheets. 2 inches apart. Bake for Bake 10-15 minutes until a tooth pick that is inserted into the scone comes out clean.
