1 cmashed ripe bananas

1-1/2 tspbaking powder

1- 1/2 ccranberries, coarsely chopped

How To Make cranberry banana bread

1In a large bowl, beat butter with sugar until fluffy; beat in eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add bananas, mixing well.

2Whisk together dry ingredients. Stir into butter mixture alternately with milk, making 3 additions of dry ingredients and 2 of milk. Stir only until to moisten. Fold in cranberries and nuts.

3Put into a greased and floured 9 X 5 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
