Ingredients For shahi sprouts!!

  • 1 c
    mung bean sprouts
  • 1 lg
    onion chopped
  • 2 md
    tomato chopped
  • 2 sm
    green chillies
  • 2 pinch
    turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp
    dry mango powder (optional ) or add chaat masala
  • 1/4 bunch
    coriander
  • 1 oz
    garam masala ( mixture of spices)
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger nd garlic paste

How To Make shahi sprouts!!

  • 1
    take a pressure cooker ....and add oil,green chillies .onion and fry ...until the onion becomes brown ... then add tomato ,ginger garlic paste and fry it till the tomato is cooked..

    then add sprouts....add all dry spices ...and cook for 5mins
