    white beans cooked
  • 6 c
    old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    turmeric, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • olive oil (optional)

    You put beans in food processor, on low till course, then pour into bowl and add the seasoning, stir well, add half the oats, stir well, ass the rest of the oats and mix in well. Let stand a few minutes while you prepare pan. I use black ironware (blacken iron skillet) lightly greased, you could use parchment paper or grease a cookie sheet. Then drop by 1 tbsp full onto the black skillet and bake at 350 (f) oven for 12 minutes. Then if you like browned, drizzle a little olive oil over each drop and broil about 2 minutes. This recipe makes 50 well rounded tbsp drops.
