Ingredients For fireman bob's spicy cinnamon cranberry bread

    warm water
  • 1 lg
    egg lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 2/3 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    dry milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    jalapeno pepper diced fine
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    active dry yeast
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened dried cranberries

How To Make fireman bob's spicy cinnamon cranberry bread

    Place warm water, yeast and sugar in small bowl, set aside Add Flour, egg, butter, powdered milk, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, jalapeno pepper. Mix the " DRY " ingredients together with the " WET " and form a " Loaf(s) "

    After the first rise, add the cranberries Place in Bread Pan(s) Allow to rise for a second time and then place in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes When done, remove to wire rack and let cool. Enjoy!
