Ingredients For banana berry muffings

  • 3 c
    almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp
    grapeseed oil
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    mashed bananas
  • 1 c
    frozen blueberries

How To Make banana berry muffings

  • 1
    preheat oven to 350 and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
  • 2
    mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. wisk grapeseed oil and eggs together in a separated bowl. stir the oil mix into the dry ingredients.

    stir the mashed bananas into the mix and then fold in the blueberries. pour into the lined muffin cups. Bake for 35-40 minutes. cool for 30 minutes.
