I just came across this recipe today...the reviews I read were great and each biscuit yields only 1.5 grams of carbs! I will try it next weekend and post a pic if they turn our decent

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    pork rind flour (i assume crushed up from the bag you buy from store, regular flavor)
  • 1/2 c
    parmasian cheese
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheese (italian mix)
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    parsley, italian

    preheat oven to 425 degrees

    Bring eggs and cream cheese to room temp. then mix untill well blended

    Add the dry ingredients,spices, and cheeses to the wet mixture and blend, mixture will be thick.

    Grease the muffin tin and mound the mixture inside (lemon size)
