Not sure where I found this copycat recipe of the biscuits from Red Lobster, but we love them.

Ingredients For red lobster biscuits

  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 2/3 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make red lobster biscuits

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    In a medium sized bowl, combine baking mix, milk, and cheese with electric mixer until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds.

    Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
