    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    cream of tarter
  • 1/2 tsp
    shortening
  • 2/3 c
    milk

How To Make biscuits for hot milk gravy

    Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder and cream of tarter Cut in the shortening and add the milk.

    Mix well, kneading for 30 seconds.

    Roll out to 1/2 inch thick and cut with biscuit ring.

    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes
