one 12 oz. pkg. (bulk) pork sausage

1/3 C. onion, chopped

1/3 C. green bell pepper, chopped

1/3 C. red bell pepper, chopped

10 eggs

1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

one 12 oz. can Pillsbury Big Country Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
How To Make big country breakfast bake

1Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, brown sausage, onion and bell peppers. Drain well. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in cheese and sausage mixture. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of 9 x 13 inch (three quart) baking dish. Pour sausage/egg mixture over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until egg mixture is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Cut into serving size squares. Keeps well in refrigerator. This recipe also travels well for people on the go.
