  first clean mushroom cap with damp cloth ,pop out stem you might need to dig out a small amount more so later you can stuff with all stems in bowl try getting them very small add chopped garlic and 1/2 slices of onion (also)dice saute in 2 tblspns butter not margarine five minutes add parmasean cheese 1/4 cup egg mozzarella and salt and pepper dig in to smash ingredients

  once mixture is combined top mushrooms and bake until you see them turn golden on top maybe 15 minutes on 350 enjoy
