Ingredients For spicy spinach balls

  • 2 box
    frozen spinach
  • 2 c
    herb stuffing mix
  • 2 sm
    onions, finely chopped
  • 6
    eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 2/3 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper (powdered)

How To Make spicy spinach balls

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Cook and drain spinach according to package directions.

    Mix in remaining ingredients.

    Make into walnut sized balls.
  • 5
    Bake on cookie sheet about 20 minutes until lightly browned.

    Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce (or alone, your call).
