Ingredients For onion soufflé

  • 24 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. frozen onions, thawed, drained, 12 oz
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained, optional
  • dash creole seasoning or cayenne pepper, optional

How To Make onion soufflé

  • 1
    Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Add onions, Parmesan cheese, artichokes and seasoning and mix well. Spoon into a greased 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with corn chips. Serves 12 to 15
