I usually make this egg chat in the evenings for my husband when he is off from work. I made this for a tea party too and everyone enjoyed!!!

Ingredients For egg chat

hard boiled eggs

carrot, shredded

red onions, finely chopped
2 lg

lemon juice, fresh
3 tsp

coriander leaves fresh, chopped

How To Make egg chat

Cut each egg into four pieces, lengthwise and arrange them on a large plate. Make sure the yolks are on top.

lay the onions, tomatoes and carrots equally over the eggs.
