Ingredients For cherry tomatoes stuffed with mozzarella and basil

1 pkglarge cherry tomatoes

1 pkgfresh basil leaves

1 pkgmozzarella pearls
-
balsamic vinegar
-
salt/pepper to taste
How To Make cherry tomatoes stuffed with mozzarella and basil

1Cut tomatoes in half and clean out pulp.

2Season well with salt and pepper.

3Tear basil and press down inside tomato halves. Put one mozzarella pearl in each half.

4Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.
