Ingredients For appetizer potato balls

  • 2 c
    mashed potatoes
  • 2 c
    ham, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped finely
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3 1/2 c
    crushed corn flakes

How To Make appetizer potato balls

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except corn flakes. Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Roll in crushed corn flakes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
