2 cmashed potatoes

2 cham, finely chopped

1 cswiss cheese, shredded

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 conion, chopped finely

2eggs, beaten

1 Tbspdry mustard

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

3 1/2 ccrushed corn flakes
How To Make appetizer potato balls

1Combine all ingredients except corn flakes. Shape into 1-inch balls.

2Roll in crushed corn flakes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
