I made these mushrooms for Thanksgiving and they were a big hit. My husband nearly ate the entire pan by himself, the triskits added such an awesome flavor.

Ingredients For crab stuffed mushroom caps

1 pkgwhole mushrooms

1/4 boxgarlic/parmesan triskits

1 canlump crab meat
-
1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cmozzarella cheese
How To Make crab stuffed mushroom caps

1Remove stems from the mushroom caps

2Grind the triskits in a food processor, until very fine

3Add the lump crab meat and cheese to the softened cream cheese, mix well.

4Fold in the ground triskits into the cream cheese mix

5Stuff cream cheese crab mixture into the caps of the mushrooms, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

6Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
