Ingredients For bea's ham rolls

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese 12
  • 12 slice
    cooked or smoked ham
  • 1 pkg
    24 frozen, cooked shrimp (medium size)
  • 1 bunch
    fresh chives
  • TIP! BUY "MEDIUM" SIZED SHRIMP OR SMALLER FOR BEST RESULTS... BREAK AND STRETCH THE SHRIMP TO CREATE EVEN LAYERS

How To Make bea's ham rolls

    Set cream cheese out and allow to warm to room temperature

    Thaw shrimp, remove tails, and pat dry
  • 3
    When Shrimp is thawed, lay ham slice flat and pat dry
  • 4
    Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of each piece of ham

    Place two shrimp, tails overlapping at short end of each slice of ham
  • 6
    Cut chives to 4 inch sections and slice once the long way to make strips out of each section
  • 7
    Place a chive strip paralell to shrimp
  • 8
    Roll up the ham, starting at the end with the shrimp and chives

    Cut each ham roll into 4 bite-size sections and serve on a pretty platter garnished with red leaf lettuce
