I'm doing the amount of ingredients for 1 box of mini filo shells. Increase ingredients as needed. These measurements are approximate as I just do all this by what looks like enough. Feel free to use whatever seasonings & cheese you like. I've used all different kinds of cheese & seasoning combinations & these always taste great.

Ingredients For yummy appetizer

  • as needed box
    mini filo shells
  • 2/3 c
    chopped tomatos ( i use grape tomatos )
  • 1/3 c
    chopped green onion
  • to taste
    salt and pepper
  • to taste
    garlic powder
  • to taste
    basil, dried
  • 2/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped bacon
  • finely shredded cheese

How To Make yummy appetizer

  • 1
    Mix together tomato, green onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder & basil. Let stand while you mix up topping.

    Mix mayonaise, bacon & cheese. You want to use enough cheese so that the mix holds together well.

    Fill filo shells with tomato/onion mix. Top with mayo/cheese mix. Run under broiler until topping browns up. Serve.
