  • handful of fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp
    mexican oregano

  • 3 Tbsp

How To Make sue'ssalsa

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces saving the juice. Chop the onion in small pieces. I usually use about half of the onion but if you like spicy add the whole onion. Sprinkle about two teaspoons of the salt on the tomato onion mixture so it can start to pull the juice from the tomatoes. Chop the cilantro and add to the mix. Add three tablespoons of the oregano, three of the cumin, three chili powder, and stir. Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice onto the mix and stir. Let set for a few minutes so that the flavors can meld together. Taste to see if it is tasty enough. If not hot enough add more chili powder. The fresh lime juice and cilantro make this so yummy!!!!
