I absolutely love deviled eggs and remember eating them nonstop at church pot lucks. This is one of the best recipes I've had for them.

Ingredients For sandy's deviled eggs

  • 8
    hard boiled eggs, halved w/ yolks removed
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    horseradish
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • dash
    white pepper
  • paprika

How To Make sandy's deviled eggs

  • 1
    Mash the egg yolks w/ a fork in a medium sized bowl.

    Blend in other ingredients, except for paprika.
  • 3
    Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture, and place on a plate or serving platter. (you can put the yolk mixture into a pastry bag and pipe it into the halves if you want it to look fancy!)

    Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so flavors can meld (if you can wait!)
