Ingredients For mushroom crescents

  • 2 can
    8 count crescent rolls
  • 1
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can
    4.5 oz. mushrooms
  • 2
    green onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    dill, fresh
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    poppy seeds

How To Make mushroom crescents

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Roll out crescents to seal perforations.
  • 3
    Blend together cream cheese, mushrooms, dill and green onions.

    Spread over dough.

    Roll as a jellyroll.

    Freeze for 15 minutes.

    Slice into 1 inch pieces.

    Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle poppy seeds over top.

    Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 7 - 8 minutes.

    If you are preparing for a party, keep cut pieces refrigerated, and just before guests arrive, brush with egg and sprinkle seeds then bake. This way they are nice an hot when your guests arrive.
