dee's black olive deviled eggs

You can chop up the eggs and make egg salad instead. Add some finely minced celery for a little crunch.

  • 12
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 c
    minced black olive
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise - use good quality real mayonnaise such as hellman's or duke's
  • paprika (optional)

How To Make dee's black olive deviled eggs

  • 1
    Halve the hard boiled eggs lengthwise. Place cooked egg yolks in a bowl.

    Mash egg yolks. Mix with remaining ingredients.
  • 3
    Pipe or spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with a little paprika and serve. Delicious!
