These are really tasty and different. You can make these ahead of time and store in the refrigerator. Take out and bake when you are ready to serve. If you don't like dates, you will after this.

Ingredients For blind dates

two 8 ozpackages ofcream cheese, softened

1 cchopped pecans

2 boxpitted dates

1 1/2 pkgbacon slices
How To Make blind dates

1Mix the cream cheese and pecans together. Stuff the mixture into the dates, then wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, it saves on clean up. Cook om a 375 degree oven until the bacon is crisp. Cooking time is about 15 to 20 minutes
