Ingredients For 7 layer mexican dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    sour cream, regular is best
  • 1 bunch
    spring onions, green tops included, chopped fine
  • 3 md
    ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 md
    bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 c
    mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb
    bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 16 oz
    salsa, medium
  • 1 lg
    bag of tortilla chips

How To Make 7 layer mexican dip

  • 1
    Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Spread in a 11x14" dish. Pour salsa over this.

    Layer remaining ingredients in order listed, reserving bacon for last. Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

    Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top, prior to serving.
