Ingredients For taco cupcakes

1 lbground beef or turkey
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
2/3 cwater
-
1 canblack beans/drained
-
2 cshredded 2% chedder cheeses
-
36wonton wrappers
-
favorite taco toppings,lettace,tomatoes,salsa,cheese,sour cream ,etc.

How To Make taco cupcakes

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2Brown meat ,drain off the fat.Return meat to skillet,add taco seasoning.Add the water and and beans. Mix and simmer about 5-10 minutes,until water is absorbed.

3Spray 18 regular muffin pan cups with cooking spray. Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup.

4Sprinkle half of the taco meat between muffin cups. Sprinkle half the cheese over the meat and hen repeat layers/wonton wrappers,taco meat,cheese.

5bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

6Top with your favorite taco toppings.
