Ingredients For picante glazed meatballs

1 lblean ground beef

1/4 cplain dry bread crumbs

1egg, beaten

2garlic cloves, minced

1 jarpicante sauce (16oz)

1/3 cgrape jelly
-
1 Tbspthyme leaves (optional)
How To Make picante glazed meatballs

1Heat oven to 375*

2Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil

3Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic and 1/4 cup picante sauce. Makes about 40 meatballs. Place on baking sheet for 15 minutes, turning half way through.

4Mix remaining picante sauce and jelly in a sauce pan to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Reduce to 1 cup and add thyme-if desired.

5Add meatballs to sauce, heat and serve!
