These is so simple to make and let your kids help in the mixing. They can say that they helped Mom in the kitchen with these rolls.

Ingredients For beef rolls

  • 2-3oz pkgs cream cheese,softened
  • 3 tsps. onion flakes
  • 2-3 tsps. horseradish sauce
  • 1- dash of worcesterhire sauce
  • 1/4 lb. sliced beef

How To Make beef rolls

  • 1
    Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well.
  • 2
    Spread mixture on 1 slice of beef at a time.

    Roll beef up and put in fridge; chill about 2-3 hours.

    Remove chilled beef rolls maybe slice into smaller pieces if desired.
