panettone bruschetta

Panettone is Italian Christmas Bread. A family memeber usually gives me one for Christmas to see how creative I can be at using the leftovers. I usually turn them into appetizers for New Year's Eve. The toppings can be anything you can imagine. This is one of my favorites because it is easy and quick and a lifesaver when unexpected guests stop by over the holidays.
