Ingredients For low fat oriental meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1 can
    8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 c
    cooked rice
  • 1
    egg white, slightly beaten
  • 1
    carrot, grated
  • 1/3 c
    chopped bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    dry onion flakes
  • SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
  • 1 jar
    18-oz. jar orange marmalade
  • 2 tsp
    light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar

How To Make low fat oriental meatballs

    Combine meatball ingredients; form into 1" balls.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake on a baking sheet, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, for 20 minutes or until brown.

    In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Use as a dip for meatballs or spoon over top when served.
