Ingredients For toasted apple & cheese wraps

1 lbgolden delicious apples, quartered, cored, thinly sliced

2 Tbspwater
-
1/4 tspground allspice
-
1/3 creduced-fat, whipped cream cheese, softened

1/2 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese.

2multigrain wraps
-
1/4 ctoasted, chopped walnuts
How To Make toasted apple & cheese wraps

1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, over medium heat. Toast walnuts for 1-2 min, remove walnuts and set aside. In skilet, combine apple slices, water and allspice. Cover, cook over medium until apples are tender, about 5-8 min. Uncover, cook until liquid evaporates. Spread cream cheesee evenly over wraps to within 1/2" of edges. Top 1 half of each wrap w/ apple mix, sprinkle evenly w/ cheese and walnuts. Fold wraps in half. Lightly spray tops of wraps w/ cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. One at a time, add wraps to skillet, coated sides down. Coat tops w/ cooking spray. Cook about 10 min, turning once, or until lightly browned.
