Ingredients For steak, bacon, bleu "nachoes" w/ horseradish cream

1 bag

waffle cut french fries
1 1/2 lb

cooked steak cut into strips
1 lb

bacon cooked crisp
blue cheese crumbles
FOR HORSERADISH SAUCE
1/2 c

sour cream
1/2 c

mayonnaise
1 dash

worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp

horseradish

Bake or fry waffle fries to desired doneness

Place on oven proof platter top fries with steak, bacon and bleu cheese broil until cheese melts a bit-not to long

drizzle with prepared horseradish sauce ENJOY!!!!!
